Return Policy

Customers worried about trying on a size before they buy should shoot us a text or email. We have a pretty good return policy, but we are small company that does (basically) everything in-house, so it’s very helpful for us if you coordinate in advance.

We will exchange any items for credit within 3 days of receiving the item back in the mail. Just send us an email first before sending to confirm, otherwise we cannot guarantee any cash or credit refunds.

If you would prefer a cash refund, for any returned items, we cannot refund any original costs of shipping, whether or not they were borne by you, i.e. “free shipping”. So if you purchased something for $50, and it came with free shipping, but it cost us $7 to ship it to you, we would refund you $43. Hopefully this will change once we become more profitable and care less about nickeling and diming you—until we get bought by a PE Firm and then immediately go back to nickel and diming you. Customers are responsible for shipping the items back to us in NYC. For any returned items, all must be returned in perfect and new condition. Feel free to keep any of the stickers or extras that came with it. Items on sale are not eligible for returns. We do not assume any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of any returned packages that get lost in transit or in the mail without proof of delivery (this hasn’t happened yet though, fingers crossed)
